instrument, its advantages are: to control the standard and
the proportion among different material, to ensure all faucets
in accordance with the different requirements among different
countries and areas. |

Die-casting Process:
We use International advanced machine for making Sand Core.
Its advantages are: to ensure the perfection in inner size of
a product. The Sand-Core sculpt can be finished within about
one minute, and it has improved the production efficiency greatly,
it then can ensure the perfection in faucet¡¯s inner sculpt
and the smoothness of water flow. |

Polishing:
To use the Environment-protective polishing equipment. Its advantages
are: To ensure the polishing workshop clean with fresh air.
Workers can put their efforts into their work with better concentration,
then with the inspectors¡¯ careful inspection to ensure
the high quality of faucet surface. |

Foundry:
To use IMR Foundry Machine, made in Italy. Its advantages are:
it can make the inside holes uniformity in sizes. When the machine
turns, its turning can make the impurities in the brass material
flow to another exit, then to make the products no small holes,
no impurities, no cracking, no pinholes or air holes with smooth
surface. |

Salt-spray Testing:
To use the European Salt-spray Tester. Its advantages are: To
test the electroplated faucets whether or not to apply with
the hardness requirements which the customers need, to ensure
the products can be long-used after inspection. |
